In 2022 the Plaisterers’ and FIS entered a partnership to deliver Training Awards that recognise the highest standards of achievement in training and education within the UK Plastering and Interiors Trades.
The Worshipful Company of Plaisterers have been conducting Training Awards since 2001 with each year improving on the last. The new partnership with FIS is a fantastic move forward and in 2022 there were nine prestigious awards given in seven categories. This included The John G Robinson Trophy that is presented to the Plaisterers’ Apprentice of the Year.
The 2023 Awards are taking place on 21 November 2023 and as before will be open to participants in seven different award categories, each fully reflecting crucial aspects of training, education and life-long learning that has now become a priority focus within the British construction industry.
